Term and conditions

Road bike rental is limited to riders with experience.
All bikes come complete with a wire lock, lights, bottle cage (drink holder), saddlebag and helmet.
Puncture kits are loaned free of charge to customers who can fix their own punctures. However, if the spare tube is put to use, the will be an additional fee of JPY880.
Pedals can be changed if customers bring their own clipless or other types of pedals they normally use.
In the case of damage caused by a fall or collision, the customer shall be invoiced for repair fees when the bike is returned or at a later date.

• 3 days to 5 days rental

Then bike rental for more than 3 days, please pay by card in advance.
Please choose either Paypal or Square payment.
Payment information will be sent 7 days before the rental start date, so please make payment at least 1 day in advance. 

• Over 7 days rental

Then bike rental for more than 7 days, please pay by card in advance.
Please choose either Paypal or Square payment.
Payment information will be sent 30 days before the rental start date, so please make payment at least 7 day in advance.

You can cancel the booking because of bad weather and for any private reasons,there is no charge if you request to cancel one or more days before your booking day.

If you cancel without any contact, there will be the 100% fee.
